It's a disaster. I was stuck at the registration step. I signed up using Miles and More account, confirmed it via email, provided date of birth and accepted all T&C and then... I'm asked to "Finish sign-up" again and provide the same info again and again. I get in this loop and can't even start using the app :(

Similar to other users, when I try to sign up using my miles and more account there are 2 main issues: 1) asks for 2-FA code, but when i exit the app to access the Auth app, it exits the process completely 2) If you do it quick enough, you can get past point 1 by checking the auth app first then going through the process, however once you are told to "complete signup" you go through an endless loop where you confirm the name and DOB and continue, and then sent back to "confirm account"

I like the idea. I like to collect cards and I fly relatively often, so perfect app. But the execution... I can honestly say I have not seen such unresponsive and unintuitive app for years. Every tap is 20-40secs of waiting. Usually waiting for an error. It took me half an hour and a couple force quits after soft locks to add two flights and collect 4 cards. One flight was added twice, despite the app telling me it was not added at all. Shame.
